仕事内容

Primary responsibilities and essential functions: • Advisor training & train the trainer program o Assess existing FIT team’s advisor training programs and define a plan to complement and evolve the existing programs. o Leverage advisor training tools such as XXXX Learning and build investment and product-agnostic training programs. o As a member of EACG External Client Education team, partner with NACG Client Education team to understand the CG global training contents, identify opportunities to leverage and localize contents and experience for the Japan market. o Independently and in partnership with Marketing, create local market-specific contents that fit the varying needs of the clients and distributors. This includes building training programs and contents for distributors and their advisors, IFAs and insurance agents based on direct input from the clients, sales teams and EACG and NACG teams. o Work with the External Client Education teams to assess the service delivery model required to implement an effective advisor training program – determining what can be conducted locally vs via the central function. o Determine a train the trainer model for FIT team. o Conduct advisor trainings (workshops) with or on behalf of FIT team when needed. o Directly work with and engage with clients to help address their advisors’ needs through investment and product-agnostic trainings, and help improve their interactions with investors that align with our philosophy. o Function as a program and content designer, and a moderator for large scale events e.g. IFA seminar. • Institutional client training o Work with IB team to build and coordinate client training programs for select clients and key prospects primarily financial institutions. This includes determining appropriate contents and presenters, and building and coordinating programs. o Work with Relationship Managers, Client Relations, Investment Directors and Marketing to identify opportunities for improving the training EACG can offer to institutional clients. o Define an ongoing feedback loop with clients to ensure their views are included in the continuous improvement in our training programs • Strategic partnership and global collaboration o Support Head of Client Education Japan to plan strategies on how to drive Japan’s sales growth through leveraging CG’s accumulated knowledge and expertise of existing intermediary sales support model in abroad. o Collaborate with CG’s internal stakeholders to establish digital content delivery platform (digital classroom, webinar, video and podcasts)

必要経験

Required: • Manager level or equivalent. • Fluency in both English and Japanese (spoken and written, business to native level). • Competency in computer and database skills working on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Experience in teaching and coaching others. • Credibility with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to lead project. • Flexibility to travel for an extended period (maximum few weeks) where required. Preferred: • University Degree preferred with at least five to ten years related working experience in the financial services, and / or investment management industry. • Experience creating and delivering training to clients, ideally across institutional and advisory channels. • Experience in marketing or sales, and/or client-facing roles especially dealing with Japanese local distributors would be an advantage. • Related professional exams and certifications. • Experience in developing digital content development and building platform.
