仕事内容

Responsibilities: The objective of our retail business is to provide investment success on individuals’ asset accumulation. We are expanding the distributors and are raising assets of our funds through those channels. The Retail Client Relations Department is dedicated to client service relationships and prospecting new businesses with distributors in partnership with Retail Product Marketing Office, Product Development Dept., Business Development Depts., Investment Operations Dept., Legal and Compliance etc. The primary responsibility of Retail Advisor is to seek for new distributors for our funds by good relationships with head office of distributors. ⚫ Retail Advisor should deliver attractive stories in an easy-to-understand manner at study sessions and seminars to promote funds. ⚫ When Retail Product Marketing and BD teams develop materials, Retail Advisor provides on-the-ground perspectives and feedbacks on the contents to make it most appealing and easy-to-understand. ⚫ Retail Advisor makes presentations at study sessions for distributors’ branch salesforce as well as seminars for end investors to promote funds ⚫ Retail Advisor also develops relationships with the branch salesforce at distributors to promote funds Retail Advisor will be working in a team-based culture where the partnerships with relationship managers, associates in Retail Client Relation Dept. are critical. He or she may not have relevant experiences in the same role but is expected to learn relatively quickly with OJT training.

必要経験

Qualifications: An ideal candidate should have a good balance of desired experiences, knowledge and skills. Desired qualifications include: ⚫ Eager to learn and succeed ⚫ Solid understanding in asset management and our retail business ⚫ Excellent presentation skills ⚫ Effective communications/interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels within/outside the firm ⚫ 3+ year experience in the financial industry ⚫ Experience in sales and/or marketing in the financial industry is an advantage ⚫ CMA, CFA or equivalent level of knowledge on investment and financial markets are an advantage.
