【外資系不動産ファンド】Acquisition - Associate, Vice President

◎Manage & coordinate the entire transaction process including coordinating the respective department's responsibilities towards closing a transaction (e.g. portfolio, asset management, research, legal and financing), including leading deal and structuring teams.
◎Building and maintaining relationships with brokers, developers, partners, investment bankers and advisors to source and review select acquisition opportunities.
◎Analyzing (i.e. screening) investment opportunities from a qualitative and quantitative perspective and preparing alternative deals structures to satisfy investment objectives.
◎Drafting of investment proposals (with team’s support) for both internal investment committee and external client presentations. Responsible for presenting investment opportunities to internal investment committee and/or external clients.
◎Managing and overseeing the due diligence process. Responsible for negotiating major transaction terms with seller and/or joint venture partner(s) as well as providers of acquisition and debt financing, with assistance from internal/external legal counsel, and advisors.
◎Review underwriting, including JV spreadsheets, Argus models and underlying assumptions
◎Demonstrates a strong moral compass and commitment to upholding a high level of professional and ethical standards




◎For Associate, Minimum of 3 years of direct related real estate experience.
◎For VP, Minimum of 5 years of direct related real estate experience.
◎Very good working knowledge of markets, investment structures and regulatory requirements.
◎Very good working knowledge of transaction & related contracts and documents.
◎Complete knowledge of analytics
◎Complete knowledge of due diligence process and ability to execute such process.
◎Experience in transaction structuring and ability to negotiate more complex transactions (e.g. joint ventures, consortium deals).
◎Project management through managing transaction process and coordinating the respective department's responsibilities towards closing a transaction (e.g. legal, tax, engineering, asset management, acquisition and debt financing).
◎Strong written and communication/people skills, including a high standard of spoken and written English and Japanese
