Kojiro Nojiri

Graduated from Keio University with a B.A. in Economics and earned an MBA from the University of Southern California.
Began a career at Nikko Securities, followed by a five-year assignment in London. Upon returning to Japan, held senior institutional sales positions at Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley.

At the age of 40, pursued an MBA abroad independently and subsequently entered the executive search industry by joining Russell Reynolds Associates, a leading global search firm.

In 2007, played a central role in establishing the Tokyo office of Akamai Financial Markets, a UK-based executive search firm. Following the collapse of the firm’s London headquarters during the global financial crisis, acquired full ownership of the Tokyo office. In 2008, rebranded the firm as Tiglon Partners and assumed the role of President and CEO.
