日本市場を主としアジア各国のコンプライアンスマターに責任を持つポジションです。 ●Support and implement strategies to drive global culture of compliance and compliance focused-tone at all layers of management throughout the operations of the company ●Develop, implement and periodically update policies and procedures designed to ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual requirements. ●Develop, distribute and deliver effective training and communications in support of the Compliance Program. ●Actively promote awareness of the Compliance Program with employees, customers and other Third-Party Intermediaries. ●Monitor the conduct of employees through the follow-up of periodic audits, reviews and evaluations. ●Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders - BU, HR, Internal Audit, Finance, Commercial and Supply Chain to identify, mitigate and resolve compliance and legal matters. ●Conduct due diligence on distributors, agents and other third party intermediaries consistent with the various anticorruption regulations including the FCPA. ●Conduct compliance and ethics related investigations, inspections and audits. Follow up on compliance and ethics related investigations to ensure recommendations have been appropriately and timely implemented. ●Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control. ●Performs other related duties as assigned or required. 【備考】 ●当企業のコアバリュー（例：起業家精神など）にまつわる社内アクティビティや教育が充実している。 ●社員同士のコミュニケーションが取りやすい。例えば、役職やシニオリティに関係なく直接のコミュニケーションを取ることが出来る。（相手が社長やAPACディレクターであっても垣根が無い） ●透明性が高い ●業績は安定している。 ●ライフワークバランス良し。例えば、７PMには社内メールがパタッと止まる。遅くとも７PM時点で社員の姿が無くなるのは日常的とのこと。（周りの目を気にせず退社できる雰囲気がある。） ●出社は週３日。 ●将来的に部下の採用も考えている。

●５年以上の法務またはコンプライアンス経験 ●何らかのメーカーでの法務またはコンプライアンス経験 ●３５歳以上（長期勤続によりキャリア形成を図る為） ●英語力：海外とやり取りができるレベル ●日本語力：ネイティブ
