・Fund management: Manage a Japanese equity portfolio in line with our investment process. ・Equity Research: Conduct thorough research of existing holdings as well as generate new stock ideas for the portfolio in charge, as well as the other strategies managed by the same team. ・The research must be supported by regular written documentation following an initial coverage report. ・Initiate and maintain written and verbal communication with the other fund managers/analysts ・Write market, performance and outlook commentary for the responsible portfolios ・Client related duties, such as performance review meetings, as required. ・Assist the marketing effort as required.

Position Summary: This position leads and facilitates the sales efforts for financial Institutions including a third party distributor (“FIG”). The candidate will be a business development and client service professional with a record of successfully selling investment products in FIG area.A comprehensive understanding of competitors, strong product knowledge, and excellent sales and relationship management skills are required for account and asset retention. This position is hybrid role based in our Tokyo office. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: • Execute focused, profitable and achievable sales plans managed by senior professionals to develop FIG business. • Develop and lead client relationships as one of senior sales representatives in FIG Sales team in Japan. • Maintain knowledge of segments and product requirements, and feed these into investment teams and product development areas. • Communicate with investment teams and product specialists to ensure the proper articulation of the various products strategies. • Collaborate with product specialists, operations/reporting and RFP staff members to support each other’s efforts in generating new business and cultivating ongoing client relationships while work with a fair degree of autonomy and demonstrate tremendous initiative and sense of personal accountability.
