• Manage the production of PE portfolio analytics and client reporting for a growing client base in Japan • Understand PE investment capabilities with requisite depth and range to be able to develop and deliver client materials • Partner with PE investment teams, sales, and Tokyo-based reporting team to deliver accurate and in-depth client reporting, client presentations, portfolio analysis and commentary • Conduct thorough client meeting preparation and attend the meetings; research each client/prospect/consultant in advance of their meeting and present preparatory materials • Answer client inquiries regarding portfolio data inclusive of fund performance, investment details, and market outlook • Work closely with the NY-based investment teams in gathering necessary data and information for quarterly reporting, consultant surveys, and other relevant client inquiries • Work closely with sales and product management teams in East Asia on business development opportunities. • Prepare analysis for RFP’s and final presentations, and participate in client onboarding

• 3+ years post-graduate experience in asset management with experience in PE products and strategies • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both of Japanese and English. Accountable with excellent attention to detail
