仕事内容

The primary responsibilities are to foster/strengthen client relationships and develop new business for pension clients, Wrap business and Consultant relationships. • Obtain new business through sales/marketing activities mainly targeting large corporate pension and public investors • Build company’s brand and recognition in active management of all the asset classes including fixed income, equity, real estate and private debt. • Maintain strong relationship with overseas counterparties to gain good supports. • Introduce entire XXXX capabilities including XXXX Fixed Income, XXXX, XXXX Private Alternatives to company’s clients and prospect to search cross selling/new business opportunities • Co-work closely with colleague in other departments in Japan and oversea and coordinate smooth communication. • Collaborate with marketing team to develop supplemental presentation materials suitable to Japanese pension market both for pitch and ongoing promotion.

必要経験

Required Skills: • At least 10 years sales/client service experience for institutional investors at asset management firm. • Strong written and verbal communication skill in both English and Japanese. • Knowledge of financial market and asset management instruments (fixed income, equity and alternative assets) • Excellent teamwork mind-set and thoughtful communication skills • Passion to provide best quality service and solution to clients • High quality and ability to multi-task • Adaptability to new environment and company’s operation process - Desired Skills: • CMA or CFA • Experience with trading system (Aladdin)
