仕事内容

Responsibilities: ⚫ To drive business development and relationship management primarily for financial institutions ⚫ Must be a self-starter and a good communicator who can co-work with relevant people and teams, such as investment, operations, legal and compliance teams both domestic and international. ⚫ The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of clients and prospective clients and their needs. He/she should be able to recommend appropriate investment products and/or solutions.

必要経験

Job Qualifications ⚫ Around 10 years of experience in investment management and/or sales experience in the financial services industry ⚫ Strong knowledge of finance and capital markets (MBA/CMA/CFA is preferable) ⚫ Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships both internally and externally ⚫ Client-first mindset ⚫ High ethical standard/integrity ⚫ Open-mindedness ⚫ Intellectual curiosity ⚫ Partnership/teamwork spirit ⚫ Ability and desire to mentor junior staff members ⚫ English communication skills ⚫ Ability to adapt to flexible working hours based on client demands ⚫ Knowledge of fixed income markets is preferred
