【業務内容】
当グループの信用リスクポートフォリオが抱えるサステナビリティリスク（主に気候関連の移行リスク・物理的リスクおよびその統合）に関する以下のクオンツ分析・モデル開発業務を既存メンバーと協力して取り組んでいただく想定。
1．データベース構築、シナリオ分析やストレステスト・資本影響に係る短期・中長期のリスク分析を含む定量化モデルのモデリング・キャリブレーションおよびリスク量試算 2. 潜在的なサステナビリティリスクに関する各種金融商品取引・ポートフォリオの多角的な脆弱性分析や手法の研究・調査（外部機関と協働研究する場合あり）
3．内部統制や開示・規制等への対応（モデルドキュメント作成、ストレステスト、感応度分析、モデルオーナーとしてのモデル検証・パフォーマンス評価、既存モデルの改修）
4．定量化したサステナビリティリスクをリスク・リターン運営の中で適切に管理するための社内体制の構築（割当資本、信用格付、プライシングへの反映等）、既存の信用リスク評価プロセスへの統合に向けた研究
5．サステナビリティ情報開示（投融資ポートフォリオの排出量・レジリエンス評価等）に関する部署内他チームとの協働や分析・将来予測の実施

・Support Business users through adoption of new and changing product features⋯
Responsibilities:
As a Product Owner, your role is to serve as a vital link between the products (Primarily focused on MS Teams and Copilot.) and the Business teams. You are responsible for fostering relationships with the Business teams to deeply understand their requirements, as well as the comprehensive understanding of Compliance requirements and controls to ensure our product features are launched safely for our users. Collaborating closely with a Microsoft 365 Portfolio Owner, technical strategy SMEs and Production support teams, you are responsible for steering the product's direction, new features triage & prioritization, the product roadmap development and maintenance, the roadmap items delivery to support the needs of the Business teams.
Key responsibilities include:
・Engaging stakeholders including global IT, Business, Compliance teams and managing these relationships
・Gathering, triaging and prioritizing Business requirements
・Roadmap development and maintenance collaborating with technical strategy subject matter experts
・Continuous delivery of product features and control enhancements, collaborating with the Production support team
