<業務概要>

企業の経営改革においては、チェンジマネジメントの方法論を取り入れることで、改革に向けた組織や社員の心構え・準備を促し、改革をスムーズに推進していくことが可能となります。チェンジマネジメントの施策は多岐に渡る様々な活動の集合体であり、クライアントのビジネスに密接した施策や、社員の改革への賛同度合いや変化に対する受容度合いに応じた施策を設けます。チェンジマネジメントコンサルタントは、クライアントの経営層と密接に連携しながら、構造化されながらもアジャイルで変化に柔軟に対応できるチェンジマネジメント施策の計画を立案し、改革を推進していきます。
チェンジマネジメントの主な活動例：

・クライアントの経営層のエンゲージメントを高め、改革に必要な支援やコミットメントの合意形成を行う

・現状と将来のありたい姿とのギャップ(変更点)をヒト、プロセス、システムの観点から分析し、対応策を策定する

・トレーニングニーズの分析や、あるべき姿の実現に求められる知識やスキルを身に着けられるトレーニングツール及び資料を作成する

Job Duties:

＜The purpose of the role＞

When a company goes through any type of transformation、 change management activities prepare the people and business for the change and a smooth adoption. Change Management is a complex set of activities requiring an understanding of business operations and a sensitivity to how people are motivated and react to change. Change management consultants work closely with the company’s leadership to prepare a structured but agile plan to navigate the change journey including the following activities、 for example:

・Engaging with the leadership and middle management so they are aligned and supportive of the transformation

・Evaluating the detailed impact of the transformation on the people、 processes、 and systems to identify actions and communications necessary to prepare the people and business for the change

・Identifying training needs and creating the training tools and materials for people to have the knowledge and skills needed to successfully adopt the change.
