【仕事内容]
以下に記す案件業務内容の「サービスデスク」領域において、現行ベンダからの運用業務を一括引き継ぎ、当社の運用サービスに移管するための以下の業務全般の全部または一部を担当マネージャの指示、支援の元実施する
【案件業務内容】
１）担当技術領域における現行IT運用業務をアセスメントし、As-IsとTo-Beを可視化し、顧客の合意を得る。
２）上記アセスメント結果をベースに、運用移管計画を立案し、顧客の合意を得る。
３）上記の移管計画をベースに、現行ベンダから運用業務を計画的・段階的に受け入れ、計画時に定めた基準を満たしているか検証し、顧客の合意を得る。
４）受入完了後、運用業務安定化を図りつつ、運用品質向上・コスト削減と段階的に計画・提案、推進し、顧客のITインフラのTCO削減に貢献する。
５）移管後の実際の運用オペレーションを実施しながら、マニュアル、FAQの作成等運用の改善業務の実施。

・Step1: 顧客を中心としたSD-WANサービスの保守サポート（L2）を当社にトランジションを行い、成功裏に収めるためのプロジェクトマネジメントの担務を遂行していただきます。
・Step2: その後、パートナー企業が担っているSD-WANのサービスデスクの巻き取りにも着手していただきます。
