【仕事内容]
Responsibilities:
・Good understanding in ServiceNow Development - Should be able to convey the Capabilities of ServiceNow、 & call out feature feasibility for architecture、 Design discussions etc
・Should have hands on experience in Core ITSM modules、 ITOM modules like Discovery、 Event Management、 Service Mapping、　Orchestration、 Cloud Management、 Operation Intelligence、 Good to have : CSM/Secops.
・Should have good understanding of REST API and web services.
・Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow tool platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
・Good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users.
・Applies innovative technology to business processes in order to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues
・Consults with Process and Business Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in ServiceNow
・Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager
・Advises on options、 risk and impacts on business/ITIL processes
・Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
 

必要スキル

【必要条件】
・4+ years’ experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
・Knowledge of web based development languages; specifically JavaScript、 Ajax、 HTML、 CSS
・Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
・Excellent attention to details、 ability to multitask、 and effective time management skills
・Understand full application lifecycle
・ITIL/ServiceNow certified、 ServiceNow CIS-ITSM、 CIS-ITOM
・Past work experience of ServiceNow Implementation of ITSM、 ITOM.
【歓迎条件】
・Past work experience with industry leading providers of ITSM tools
・Knowledge on other ServiceNow tools like ITAM、 Application portfolio Management、 Project Portfolio Management、 CSM etc.
【英語力】
Bilingual is preferred ; But worst case Japanese with Business level English should works

9:00～18:00（実働8時間またはスーパーフレックスタイム制、グレードにより異なる）
