チーム体制はオンサイト要員のみの小規模体制(2～3名)からグローバルとのハイブリッド体制(30人超)での大規模体制があります。
外国人の社員はバイリンガルのため、基本的に英語スキルは必要ありません。

Objective: D365 Project Solution and Design for 当社J projects
• Responsible for design and solutioning of D365 related projects with a focus on documentation
• Technical owner with responsibility of managing、 scoping and delivery of ERP projects by working with local and global project and technical teams • Presales and RFP/RFI proposal related support as required
• Active participation with project and technical teams in all phases of projects like discovery、 SOW、 requirement definition、 implementation、 deployment and testing
• Lead technical and functional team members through the design and build process
• Be responsible for developing and maintaining the architectural road map、 budgeting & product lifecycle by combining solution、 integration and infrastructure activities from an operational perspective
• Work with technology partners and global teams to collaboratively set standards for software development process、 operations and continuous service improvements around D365 and associated technologies
• Be updated about latest technology advancements、 market trends and best practices around D365 and related technologies
