■ Responsibilities／主な業務内容
- Lead project management for an IoT cloud development project for a globally operating Japanese client.
- Drive project planning and progress control, and facilitate collaboration between the client and development teams.
- Facilitate collaboration during requirements definition, alignment on technical approaches, and scheduled release of cloud components.
- Work across culturally and technically diverse teams in both Japanese and English environments.
- Understand customer business processes and challenges to design and execute effective digital transformation strategies that deliver tangible business value.

必要スキル

■ Must Requirements／必須要件
- Strong leadership and collaboration with development teams based on Azure architectural best practices
- Experience in creating and maintaining documentation in coordination with engineering teams
- In-depth knowledge of project management fundamentals including lifecycle, estimation, and quality processes
- Hands-on experience managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including project kick-off and scheduling
- In-depth understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and agile methodologies
- Experience managing timelines, quality metrics, defect rates, cost of quality, schedule/effort variance, and stakeholder/risk governance
- Azureアーキテクチャのベストプラクティスに基づく開発チームとの強いリーダーシップおよび協働経験
- エンジニアリングチームと連携したドキュメント作成および管理の経験
- プロジェクトマネジメントの基礎知識（ライフサイクル、見積もり、品質プロセス含む）
- Agileおよびウォーターフォール両方の手法でのプロジェクト管理経験（プロジェクトキックオフ、スケジューリング含む）
- SDLC（ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル）およびアジャイル手法の深い理解
- スケジュール管理、品質指標、欠陥率、品質コスト、スケジュール/工数の差異、ステークホルダー管理およびリスクガバナンスの経験
■ Language Requirements／語学力
- Japanese: Fluent (able to lead discussions and create documentation)
- English: Business level (able to work with global teams and write documentation)

■ Nice to Have／歓迎要件
- PMP certification
- Industry experience in manufacturing (e.g., Automotive, Industrial Machinery, Aerospace, Pharma, Oil & Gas)
- Technical knowledge and/or experience with: core Azure services including Compute (VMs, Containers), Storage (Blobs, Disks), Networking (VNets, Load Balancers), and Identity (Azure AD)
- Experience designing Azure cloud architecture across network, security, identity, compute, storage, and data domains
- Experience leveraging Azure data services such as Azure SQL Database, Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, etc.
- PMP資格

Annual salary: *will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
