一般事業会社や地方公共団体に対して、システム導入やBPR、DX推進などのDX/デジタル領域に関するコンサルティング業務を提供します。数年単位の大規模プロジェクトから小規模チームでの短期プロジェクトまで多様な案件に携わることが可能であり、クライアントもベンチャー・中堅企業からグローバル大企業、さらには地方公共団体までバラエティに富んでいます。コンサルタントとしての経験を積みながら、中長期のキャリアも自ら選択・デザインできる職務環境を提供します。
・オープンイノベーション/地域課題解決領域
中央省庁や地方自治体と連携し、地域の産業政策や新規事業創出支援に関するプロジェクトを企画・設計・実行します。「地域の挑戦を政策から支える」視点で、構想段階から実装・運営まで一貫して関わることができる業務です。地域産業戦略、起業支援施策、海外展開支援、エコシステム構築、産官学金連携、政策立案、制度設計、調査分析等の様々なプロジェクトに関与できます。⋯

【DTS department】
DTS is horizontal department within our company Japan having expertises in leading edge technologies like AI、 Cloud、 Commerce、 CMS、 Digital Markeing、 Modernization etc. It provides support to other verticial units and also indepedently handles different customers within our company Japan.
【Project detail】 This Positon is for a leading Multi National Pharma client. There are Mulitple Web and Data related Digital Transformation Projects. You will be playing a role of Project Manager in those digital transformation projects.
Size:Including offshore 80 people/20-25 projects are on going/400m yen
【Career path】
Gaining experience towards technical management within a corporate environment.
【Role】
1.Proficiency in prioritizing and scoping requirements.
2.Prior experience in managing projects with DevOps mindset and setting up sprints with well defined goals.
3.Be well versed in Dev Ops tools、 concepts and methodologies.
4 Assign tasks to individuals and hold them accountable to maintain progress.
5.Do regular follow up to ensure all team members are working efficiently and are not being impacted or redirected due to other priorities or lack of clarity and scope.
6.Conduct various daily scrum、 sprint retrospective meetings and manage each individual efforts.
7.Provide guidance to team members in the right direction (e.g. help in understanding requirements)
8.Track issues and report project status、 health metrics via use of platforms such as Jira.
9.Manage and report team efforts、 accomplishments、 risks to management.
10.Create executive presentations and be able to convey story and messages clearly、 concisely.
