DTS is horizontal department within our company Japan having expertises in leading edge technologies like AI、 Cloud、 Commerce、 CMS、 Digital Markeing、 Modernization etc. It provides support to other verticial units and also indepedently handles different customers within our company Japan.
【Project detail】

This Positon is for a leading Multi National Pharma client. There are Mulitple Web and Data related Digital Transformation Projects. You will be playing a role of Project Manager in those digital transformation projects.

Size:Including offshore 80 people/20-25 projects are on going/400m yen

【Role】

1.Proficiency in prioritizing and scoping requirements.

2.Prior experience in managing projects with DevOps mindset and setting up sprints with well defined goals.

3.Be well versed in Dev Ops tools、 concepts and methodologies.

4 Assign tasks to individuals and hold them accountable to maintain progress.

5.Do regular follow up to ensure all team members are working efficiently and are not being impacted or redirected due to other priorities or lack of clarity and scope.

6.Conduct various daily scrum、 sprint retrospective meetings and manage each individual efforts.

7.Provide guidance to team members in the right direction (e.g. help in understanding requirements)

This involves a new hire for a long term engagement.

Client (Banking) has a complex legacy ecosystem built upon various technologies which include for instance COBOL、 C、 VB/ASP.

The engagement would be to take the client as-is environment and over various projects (multi-year) uplift and modernize their entire stack.

Size:JPY 91.3 million yen / year

Project period:3-4years

•Reviews issues and contacts customers to understand issue. Ensures customers stay informed as to the status/solution of their issue. Utilizes troubleshooting tools (e.g.、 event logs、 performance traces) to help resolve customer issues.

6. Handling the portal viewer on AWC
