金融機関に対し、非戦略領域である勘定系ではなく、戦略領域のフロント（API）の開発を行う。
過去のUI/UXやAPI開発の経験を活かし、お客様に対して、魅力ある機能の提供や提案が可能。

また、BPMを活用した銀行業務改革（オペレーション効率化）にかかる開発を行う。

【職務内容】

地方銀行様のDXを推進していくために必要となる、あたらしい技術やソリューション、サービスについて、社内専門部隊と連携し、お客様に提供していくプロジェクトを推進します。
主な業務：

　新規ソリューションや技術についてのお客様向けの提案活動について、ソリューション組織や営業部隊と連携して実施する。

　上記プロジェクトについての組成と、当該プロジェクトの推進管理。

・自社でシステムソリューションの導入まで行うため、チームで作成したプランのシステム化が困難な場合、修正を求めることができる。そのため、コンサルタントプランだけではなく、実現可能なソリューションを提供することでクライアントの利益に貢献。
・クライアントの経理/財務/経営管理/内部統制に関わる課題を把握し、企業文化に合致する施策の展開をクライアントと共に行い、業務実行に必要な関連するシステム導入を支援。

・2025年問題を抱えたクライアントに対し、これまでのAdd-onだらけのERPをから脱却し、クライアントにとって必要な業務かどうかも含めて検討を行い、クライアントの価値創造に繋がる業務運営環境を提供。

■About this department:

– Department is involved in software development and maintenance for Automotive ECU. We have 600+ Team members, and 90% is Offshore and 10% is Onsite.

■About the project:

Software defined vehicles are the next step forward in the automotive industry which brings together various niche technology areas. It has the potential to fundamentally transform the automotive industry through improved comfort、 safety and new business models for automotive manufacturers. A robust and scalable cloud based data platform will enable collecting and analysing vehicle data on cloud to derive business insights、 improve vehicle software design and enable data sharing for new revenue streams. Data Architect will play an important role in architecting and creating robust and cost effective data platform that allows developers and analysts to interact and consume data for building AI-ML models and vehicle software. This role/position will be responsible for solution architecture、 design、 development、 integration、 validation and deployment of solution on cloud platform.
■Responsibilities:

– Responsible to create a blueprint of cloud & data platform、 data flow architecture、 end to end solution including components communication、 workflows、 processes、 validations etc.

– Translate business requirements into technical specifications、 including data streams、 integrations、 transformations、 data lake and data warehouses

– Responsible to understand customer requirements and define policies to architect and design applications on cloud platform.

– Review and analyse infrastructure & data sources、 design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve data. Ensue compliance to regulations.

– Responsible to define the process for data management in cloud and automate data flows. Perform ETL、 data cleaning、 calculate & quantify business data、 validation、 dashboards creation.

– Responsible to analyze data as per requirement、 summarize / report insights from their analysis. Have good understanding of AI and machine learning workflows and responsible to apply them on big data. Work with series、 text、 geospatial、 images data and identify patterns、 design & develop ML algorithms & predictions systems.

– Coordinate cross-functional reviews for the resolution of technical issues

Cloud native solution development for software defined vehicles is emerging as a new flexible solution for automotive manufacturers to define next generation vehicle architectures and provide enhanced life-time value to their customers. By collecting real-time data from sensors、 cameras and other sources、 vehicles can continuously send information to cloud for data analytics、 data science and AI/ML. Qualified individuals will have a strong aptitude to formulate strategies for cloud and data platform; devise creative solutions and implement rigorous prototypes for vehicle and cloud connectivity、 data transfer、 digitization and connected vehicle features to ensure secure and better customer experience of next generation autonomous & connected cars.

■About the project:

We are working with the customer over 10 years in various phases of MBD activities.These are long term projects and assigned resources will be key seed resources on whom future growth and expansion will hinge.

■ Responsibilities / Expectations from the Role

6. C-コード/モデルに対する仕様を開発します。

6. 要件ベースの機能テスト ケースを作成し、MILs および SILs のテストを実行します。

7. オフショア チーム、日本のクライアントなどとの調整を行います。

6. 毎日のステータスを追跡し、クライアントおよび社内関係者へのレポートを作成します。

1. Understand and analyse stakeholder requirements to create system level requirements for AD/ADAS applications.

2. Develop and extend the system model using existing requirements、 interface documentation、 design and systems engineering documents.

3. Perform requirement management using DOORs

– Our company is providing support to customer for HMI spec release、 implementation tracking、 project health monitoring、 implementation tracking、 software validation support、 configuration parameter change、 calibration update、 software update、 CRQ commercial and implementation follow up、 OPL management.
– We are hiring a bilingual infotainment engineer to understand requirement and update specification、 track for implementation by contacting suppliers and clients. Update、 calibrate IVI system perform validation、 Review test cases and provide feedback and create test cases.

■Responsibilities:

– Creating and updating HMI spec release as per requirement

– Tracking SW implementation progress with suppliers and reporting to clients

– OPL management、 CRQ management

– Performing software validation for released software

– Configuration parameter change、 calibration update、 software update

– To coordinate with offshore team for reports、 analysis、 and spec release

– Overall project health monitoring

– Client interaction、 effort estimation and project planning and project management

This is a new project management opportunity for 当社 with huge business volume. This project will give scope to manage large vehicle development programs. Additionally、 you can get trained on new technologies in Chassis、 ADAS domain and RPA with exposure to client handling.

・Lead chassis software system validation activities along with India and Japan teams.
