・Design and implement network infrastructure in Japan data centres

・Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise and guidance for successful onboarding of applications and integration of network solutions
・Oversee the daily operations of the network infrastructure, ensuring seamless functionality, stability, and performance.

・Provide 2nd / 3rd level network operational support

・Ensure global standard and best practices are implemented in all network infrastructure

・Ensure technical documentation are properly maintained

・Support and administrate the firewall environment in line with IT security policy

・Provide consultations and operational support to business and IT units

・Manage and implement global / regional / local network initiatives as part of the global network team

・Conduct thorough analysis, monitoring, and capacity planning to maintain optimal performance and resource utilization.

・Drive automation initiatives to streamline operational tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention

・Design and implement DDI infrastructure and time services in Japan data centres

・Oversee the daily operations of the DDI infrastructure and time service, ensuring seamless functionality, stability, and performance

・Provide 2nd / 3rd level operational support

・Ensure and enhance DDI infrastructure and time service are in line with business requirement

・Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements related to DDI and Time Services operations.

・Ensure global standard and best practices are implemented in all infrastructure

・Ensure technical documentation are properly maintained

・Provide consultations and operational support to business and IT units
