◆ Making of disclosure documents, Investment Reports for both Japan domiciled funds and Offshore (Luxembourg & Cayman) funds. ＜Overview of this responsibility> • （国内投信および外国籍投信）。法定書類は交付運用報告書、運用報告書（全体版）など、非法定書類は、運用のお知らせ、決算のお知らせ、他社の運用報告書掲載のためのデータファイルなど • Grasping and maintaining laws and regulations, association rules, etc., and collecting information on other companies’ reports. • Schedule management and management of the number of copies by distributor. • Liaison with external contractor (NRIPI), printing companies and relevant internal departments • Documentation work ◆ Working on prospectuses ◆ Reporting, marketing materials, or other retail　funds related work if possible

◆ 10+ years of experience in in the ITM Industry and 5+ years of working experience with ITM Disclosure for Investment Reports. ◆ Offshore Fund Disclosure experience (preferred). ◆ Enough experience of investment report creation • Ability to handle all investment reports by one person. • Excellent working knowledge about applicable laws and regulation. • Excellent working knowledge about fund accounting, T-star data and market information which necessary to complete the work. • Ability to perform appropriate checks on reports prepared by outsourcers. ◆ Ability to working on prospectuses. ◆ Willingness to take on new challenge. ◆ Partnership/teamwork spirit. Good coordinator. ◆ Proactive in improving efficiency and new method. ◆ English communication skills (preferred)
