・Build and lead the team which can achieve the clients’ requirement (be a escalation point and provide adequate OJT and Knowledge transfer) ・Build strong relationship with the relevant teams such as Investment managers, traders, credit analysts, Middle office, guideline monitoring division, reporting team and legal compliance in order to proceed smooth business ・Lead all clients’ on-site in the US (or UK) and virtual meetings with East Asia Clients (including translation with investment teams, preparing client meeting material and leading prep-meetings) ・Manage wide range of inquiries and requests including but not limited to market environment, individual credit fundamentals, trading activities, performance, guideline related matters and day to day operation from various channels along with preparing necessary data in a timely manner ・Prepare daily reports in cooperation with our US reporting team and deliver them to the clients ・Handle ad-hock requests from East Asia team and solve them in the US hours

・More than 7 years’ experience in investment management firms (especially client service division and/or client reporting division) ・More than 5 years’ Management experience in the relevant industries ・Have fixed income related experience
