・Lead a team of reporting professional staff ・Monitor the performance of the team and individuals and give feedback promptly. Provide coaching to team members when needed ・Monitor client and regulatory report production and review processes, based in Tokyo or offshore to ensure all reports are delivered timely and other KPIs are met ・Participate in production, issue investigation and research, and escalate issues to ensure they are resolved accurately and effectively ・Work closely with the Tokyo Onboarding team and stakeholders to provide reporting related support during RFP and client on/offboarding ・Maintain strong working relationship with key stakeholders to ensure client requests are handled timely ・Proactively contribute ideas and research, and recommend and act on continuous improvement opportunities, e.g. automation or risk mitigation ideas etc. ・Participate in approved continuous improvement initiatives ・Work with various functions across the globe ・Lead or participate in reporting related local/regional/global projects with colleagues in this region or any other regions

・10 to 15 years of reporting experience including regulatory reporting ・Strong knowledge on operations, performance and attribution, and various investment products ・Fluent in English speaking and writing
